No Bake Energy Bites

1 c dry oatmeal
1 c toasted coconut flakes
1/2 c chocolate chips
1/2 c peanut butter
1/2 c ground flaxseed
1/3 c honey
1 tsp vanilla
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Roll into 1" balls and refrigerate.
