Chicken Roll Ups

1 pkg cream cheese
2 tubes of crescent rolls (8 count)
2 chicken breasts, shredded
1.5 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c shredded Monterrey jack cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch mix
butter, melted
bread crumbs
  • Boil chicken and shred
  • Combine cream cheese, chicken, cheeses, salt, pepper, and half a pkg Hidden Valley Ranch mix
  • Spoon mixture onto crescents, roll them up and seal
  • Brush tops of rolls with butter and top with bread crumbs
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
  • *To reheat, set oven to 325 degrees and bake for 15 minutes
