Cheese Fondue

1/2 c milk
(2) 8 oz pkg cream cheese, cubed
1.5 c grated Parmesan cheese (I probably used the whole bag)
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 loaf of french bread, cubed
  • In a large sauce pan, cook & melt the milk & cream cheese over low heat until melted.
  • Stir in Parmesan & garlic salt until melted.
  • Transfer to a fondue pot or mini slow cooker.
  • Serve with bread cubes
