Pumpkin Bread

3.5 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground allspice
3 c sugar
1 c vegetable oil
4 eggs lightly beaten
2 c pumpkin
1/4 c water
1.5 c chopped pecans
  • Mix 1st 7 ingredients.
  • Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT pecans, beating until blended.
  • Stir in pecans.
  • Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans.
  • Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
