1/4 c light mayo
1/2 tsp dried ground mustard
1/2 tsp white vinegar
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Paprika for garnish
- Remove all egg yolks to a bowl & smash up.
- Add all ingredients EXCEPT paprika & mix well.
- Fill the empty egg white shells with the mixture & sprinkle lightly with paprika.
- Cover lightly with plastic wrap & refrigerate for up to 1 day before serving.
