8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 pkg (8 squares each) Baker's semi-sweet chocolate, melted (I'm sure you can do a bag of chips)
- Mix cookie crumbs with the cream cheese until well blended.
- Shape into 1" balls.
- Dip balls in melted chocolate & place on wax paper lined cookie sheet.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.
OH.MY. These are heaven on earth and SO addictive!!!!! I made these for a party on two different occasions and got rave reviews. Nobody could stop eating them. The cookies took a while to crush in my chopper/food processor, but so worth it.
